Elizabeth Dixon Lowe Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Dixon Lowe of Athens, Georgia, who passed away on August 6, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mothers, Harriett Craven Dixon and Elizabeth; her husband Harry E. "Gene" Lowe; and her grandson Beau Anderson Gunter. She is survived by: her children, Clayton Lowe (Jean), Eric Lowe (Cindi), Harriett Gunter (Allen), Lisa Jones (Jonathan), Kimberly Lowe and Melissa Engler (Burt); and her siblings, Bobby Dixon and Betty Jo Anderson. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, three great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Joy Baptist Church.
