With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elinor Rees of Athens, Georgia, born in New York, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 18, 2025 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her sister Ann Myers Williams. She is survived by: her children, John, Mary, Jenifer, David (Chul Hye) and Rick (John Holloran); her grandchildren, Sara and Jack; and her brother-in-law Christopher (Deirdre). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to St. Joseph Charities.
