She was predeceased by: her mother Vernie Mae Blanch; her stepfather Andrew Blanch; and her husband John Foley. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas (Rita) and Pat. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lord & Stephens Funeral Homes (4355 Lexington Rd, Athens, GA 30605). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Catholic Center of the University of Georgia (1344 S Lumpkin St, Athens, GA 30605).
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to the Catholic Center at UGA, St. Joseph Catholic Parish School in Athens, or Athens Academy.
