She was predeceased by: her parents, Olaf Levi, Sr. and Josie Dixon Osley; her spouse Shelby Marshall Callaway of Elberton, GA; and her siblings, Rachel Strickland (Johnny) and O. L. "Sonny" Osley, Jr..
She is survived by: her siblings, Laurayne Weaver and Randy Osley (Martha); her sister-in-law Frances Osley; her sons, Keith Callaway (Paula) and Kerry Callaway (Angie); and her grandchildren, Meagan Gravitt (Shane), Shelby Reno (Lee), Joshua Patat (Shelley) and Jeremy Patat (Lindsey). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
