We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2024, at the age of 87, Doyle Johnson of Athens, Georgia, born in Marietta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Johnson and Ruth Johnson; and his brother Lanier Johnson. He is survived by: his sons, Billy (Chris Johnson), Phil (Tina Johnson) and Tom (Crystal Johnson); his grandchildren, Nathan, Lindsay, Jordan, Casey and Raleigh; his great grandchildren, Grey and Maddox; his stepsons, Kevin (Kim Smelser) and David Smelser (Judy Smelser); and his stepgrandchildren, Andrew, Bradley, Jacob, Jarod, Ben and Luke.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that a donation be made to American Cancer Society.
