She was predeceased by: her father Charlie Tanksley; and her husband Nelson Mayhew Teague. She is survived by: her children, Angela Teague of Athens, Emmanuel Turner of Athens, Christina Turner of Valdosta, Briana Turner of Athens and Sephiro Teague of Athens; and her daughter-in-law Jacquelyn Mallard of Valdosta. She is also survived by five siblings.
