She is survived by: her sister Connie Greene Rushing (Geoff); her nieces and nephews, Michal Moss (James), Josh Kardos (Darien), Jordan Rushing (Ashley) and Andy Rushing (Corey); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sophia, Chloe Moss, Joelle, Maggie, Samuel Kardos, Kellan and Max Rushing. She is also survived by two aunts, one uncle, and many cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Oconee Chapel (2370 Hog Mountain Rd, Watkinsville, GA 30677). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at the Evergreen Memorial Park (3655 Atlanta Hwy, Athens, GA 30606).
