He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Evans Spratlin and Hazel Branyon Spratlin. He is survived by: his wife Judy Rabun Spratlin; his daughter Sarah Hubbard (Jason) of Athens; his brother Larry Spratlin (Geri) of Houston, TX; his sister-in-law Janice Akin of Carrolton, GA; and his grandchildren, India Hubbard (Tristan Garner) of Athens and Kalib Hubbard (Clare Wislar) of Philadelphia, PA. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of Lord and Stephens Funeral Home (1211 Jimmy Daniel Rd, Watkinsville, GA 30677). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
