He was predeceased by: his grandfather Dr. Franklin Roosevelt Croker of Marietta, GA; his uncle Kenneth Steve Croker of Norcross, GA; and his grandfather Charles Ronald Cook of Lanett, AL.. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Hubert Cook of St. Helena Island, SC and Beth Croker Cook of Flowery Branch, GA.; his wife Jenna Dundore Cook of Athens, GA; his son Charles Spencer Cook; his grandmothers, Carolyn Roquemore Croker of Marietta, GA and Mary Ann Brazell Cook of Beaufort, SC.; and his pet Beau.
