Chester Robert Lee Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chester Robert Lee of Athens, Georgia, who passed away on April 25, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Monroe Lee and Julia Estelle Huff Lee; his significant other Anne Montgomery Lee; his siblings, Faye Harriett Lee "Polly", Starr Truman Lee, Harry Olin Lee, Lillie Aurelia Lee and Charles Walter Lee; and his son-in-law Jim Crumbly.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lydia Lee and Julie Hill (Keith Riley); his grandchildren, Rebecca Braddock (Brannon) and Michael Arwood (Jennifer); and his close friend John Walter Lee. He is also survived by three great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; brother.
