She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Butler and Sara Kidd Butler. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Dawn Eberhart; her husband Dennis Wayne Eberhart, Sr.; her children, Jeannie Lynn Hensley (Sam) of Greensboro, GA and Dink Eberhart, Jr. (Holly) of Sevierville, TN; and her siblings, Linda Eberhart, Ann Ogle, Diane Morris and Butch Butler. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
