He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Benjamin Kinney and Sarah Walker Kinney; and his brother John Benjamin Kinney. He is survived by: his wife Kathyryn Bridges Kinney; his children, Carriann Eva Toombs (Thomas) of Fairhope, AL, Christopher McClure Kinney (Tracy) of Dublin, GA, Jason Scott Bradberry of Athens, GA and Jarrad Michael Bradberry of Athens, GA; his grandchildren, Caroline Eva Toombs, Gabriel Christopher Kinney, Mary Everett Toombs and Chelsea Evelyn Toombs; and his sisters, Joanne Bottchem of Grayson, GA and Betty Myers of Decatur, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Viewing was held on Sunday, October 6th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Beech Haven Baptist Church (2390 W Broad St, Athens, GA 30606). The military honors was held on Sunday, October 6th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
