He was predeceased by: his mother Jean Dale Whitehead. He is survived by: his father Robert Whitehead of Bogart; his wife Pamela Elizabeth Yearwood Whitehead of Athens; and his children, Crissy Scott of Colbert, Patti Whitehead of Bethlehem, Kelsey Whitehead of Winder, Katlyn Whitehead (Dustin Brown) of Winder, Robby Whitehead of Danielsville, Jeremy Whitehead of Clearwater, FL and Thomas Whitehead (Chelsey) of Hoschton. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
