He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Shelton and Norma Alwida Hall Eltringham. He is survived by: his significant other Kathy McCormack of Ashburn; his children, Walter Eltringham (Chris) of East Liverpool, Randall Eltringham (Rayette) of Hanoverton, Bradley Eltringham of Ohio and Kimberly Kay Allen (Brian) of East Liverpool; and his pets, Bonnie and Clyde. He is also survived by six other grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
