She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Joe Lewis, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Mary Yvonne Saxton (Gary), Joann Fannie Lewis (Eugene Taft), Carolyn Magdalene Brown, Henry Joe Lewis, Jr. (Kim) and Warren Winston Lewis (Cary); and her brother Wendell Crisp. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
