He is survived by: his children, Clay Ellerbee (Charla) and Christy Ellerbee Moseley; his grandchildren, Hayes Emmett Ellerbee, Mary Charles Ellerbee, Rachel Elizabeth Moseley and Abby Grace Moseley; his siblings, Willie Marie Ellerbee Jenkins, Shelvy Reese Ellerbee Elder and Fonda Elaine Ellerbee; and his caregiver Jamie L. Curry.
