He is survived by: his wife Nell Handley of Ashburn; his children, Timothy Handley (Lori) of Ashburn, Scotty Tripp of Ashburn, Melissa Mitchell (Calvin) of Ashburn, Angela Watts (Matthew) of Ashburn and Dawn Rouse (Ryan) of Arabi; and his sister Annette Minshew of Fitzgerald. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
