He is survived by: his children, Ashley T. Hart, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL, Melvin Hart of Jacksonville, FL, Michael Davis of Jacksonville, FL and Royce Hart (Jana); and his sister Lena Farrell of Jacksonville, FL.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren.
