She was predeceased by: her father Hen Carl; her husband Homer Walter Benjamin Duckworth; and her siblings, Eva Denny of Maggie Hodges, A. J, Betty Allen Wright, Della Lescryneski and Franklin Stissel.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph Duckworth of Ashburn and Rachel Duckworth of Ashburn; her grandchildren, Clay Duckworth (Heather) and Brittney Stephens (Joe); and her great grandchild Charleigh Lynn Duckworth. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
