It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lowe of Arnoldsville, Georgia, born in Athens, Georgia, who passed away on September 4, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Burley Lowe and Ruby Pickelsimer Lowe; and his brothers, Charles Ricky Lowe and Raymond Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lowe; his sons, Jason Lowe (Donna) and Chris Lowe (Cathy); his sister Shirley Thaxton (Lee); and his grandchildren, Austin Lowe, Nathan Anderson, Laken Livesay and Haley Cook.
