She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Charles and Legaria Dooley Cook; her husband Herman Lee Lowry; her sons, Terry Wayne Lowry and Danny "Boone" Lowry; her siblings, Dumah Cook, Aubrey Cook, Metz Cook, Johnny Cook and Wanda Cook Charleville; her granddaughter Stephanie Anne Lowry; and her great grandchild Lillian Patrono.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Lowry, Stephen Lowry (Kathleen) and Charles Lowry (Carol); and her sisters, Joyce Cook McConnell and Glynelle Cook Rowland. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
