He is survived by: his wife Donna Barton Kelley; his brothers, Charles Wayne Kelley (Brenda) and Gary Kelley (Tammy); and his parents-in-law, Billy Long, Randall, Diane Carver, Dody, Hong Barton, Brenda Barton and Connie Barton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
