He was predeceased by: his parents, Davis White and Lillian White. He is survived by: his wife Jean Ann White; his sons, Michael (Salata), Stephen (Dena), Gregory (Serena) and Jeffery (Michelle); his grandchildren, Mickey, Max, Cody, Nicole, Taylor, Madison, Whitney, Zachary, Joshua, Malachi, Seth and Vilisi; and his friend Dawgs Fan. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
