He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred Howard and Mollie Howard; and his siblings, Margie Sheridan, Buddy Howard, Mickey Hicks, Jimmy Howard, Harry Howard and Peggy Penney.
He is survived by: his wife Ginger "GiGi" Baggett Howard; his daughters, Gina Montgomery and Jori Ann Day (Jim); his grandchildren, Cameron Day, Jordan Day (Jessica), Sydney Grace Wilson (Parker), Emma Kate Day, Jaime Day, Cody Hale, Caitlin Hale and Aimee Montgomery; and his great grandchildren, Ava Crowe, Kayleigh Day, Kyrie Day and Dexter Witt.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Heyman Hospice or the Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation.
