He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean; his daughters, April (Tim Cardin) and Georgia; his grandson Will Cardin of Clatskanie, Oregon; his nephew Herman Scoggin, Jr. (Kim); and his great-nephew Ethan Scoggin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
