She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Denise Milner Newberry, Richard Willis Milner, Jr. and John H. Milner, IV; and her brothers, Lon Fleming of Griffin, GA and John Fleming. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
