He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Russell Taylor and Jean Dickerson Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Teri Kemp Taylor; his children, Ashley Taylor Burns (Kevin) and Jordan Russell Taylor (Jenna); his grandchildren, Dylan, Bella, Kayden and Elliott; his sister Dianne Taylor Price (Bruce); his mother-in-law Nina Kemp; and his brother-in-law Steve Kemp (Ellen). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
