He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Otis Malsch and Irene Heinrick Malsch; his wife Myrle "Eve" Malsch; his daughters, Geri McChristian and Patricia Swanson; and his siblings, Larry Malsch, Wilma Blain and Mary Lou Hercik.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Mainor (Glenn) of Arlington, Glynda Leary of Cleveland, Bobbie Poor (Tim) of Joplin and Sharon Mazurek of Murray; and his siblings, Jack Malsch (Marie) of Michigan and Judy Malsch of Michigan. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
