He is survived by: his wife Wanda Williams Harrell; his children, Holly Scarborough (Jeremy) of Blakely and Drew Harrell (Nicole) of Athens; his grandchildren, Peyton Scarborough and Jackson Scarborough of Blakely; and his siblings, Jerry Harrell of Arlington, Stella Beard (Dan) of Wetumpka and Dianne Dempsey of Millbrook. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
