He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ann Salazar; his children, Megan Leigh Salazar and Adam Joseph Salazar; his daughter-in-law Miriam Salazar; his granddaughter Victoria Riley Salazar; and his sisters, Sylvia White and Juanita Cariffe. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and brothers- and sisters-in law.
