He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Branton and Miriam Byers Branton; and his stepson Joseph Myrick. He is survived by: his wife Tannis Evans Branton; his children, Joy Renee Campbell (Rocky) of Dallas, GA, Stacy Lynn Kinsey of Acworth, GA and Stanley Eugene Branton of Calhoun, GA; and his stepdaughter Angela Evans Pate of Andalusia, AL.. He is also survived by Eleven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home to assist the family in funeral expenses.
