With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virgil Lee Sanders of Aragon, Georgia, born in Huntsville, Alabama, who passed away on March 14, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clessie C. Sanders and Ola Mae Sullivan Sanders; and his brothers, Jerry Mac Sanders, Paul Sanders and Thomas Sanders.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Flynt Sanders of Aragon, GA; his sons, Dwight Sanders of Aragon, GA and Curtis Sanders (Rita) of Aragon, GA; his granddaughters, Deanna Stiles (Greg), Alana Streetman and Toni Sanders; his great grandchildren, Lance Stiles (Lexe), Victoria Stiles, Alexis Streetman, Tatiana Luna and Isabella Burns; his great great grandchildren, Caroline Stiles and Dominic Streetman; his brother J. L. Sanders (Mae) of Ardmore, AL; and his sisters-in-law, Janice and Ruth Sanders. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice in memory of Mr. Sanders.
