He is survived by: his parents, Paul L Shafer and Janice Henderson Shafer; his brother Kiley Shafer (Brandi); his nieces and nephews, Carsyn, Presley, Patrick and Pierce; and his former wife Kristi Shafer. He is also survived by aunts uncles and cousins as well as extended family.
