He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Billy, Shirley Phillips and Caleb Caldwell. He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Caldwell and Teresa Phillips Caldwell; his wife Amy Sims Caldwell; his children, Maddox Caldwell, Carter Guice, Dylan Guice (Bailey), Payne Guice (Conner) and Hadlee Caldwell; and his siblings, Tray Caldwell and Kitzi Hall (EJ). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
