He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. James Mulkey and Martha Holbrook Mulkey. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Welchel Mulkey; his children, Lance Liley (Nikki) of Cartersville, Lacey Lummus (Dylan) of Rochelle, Georgia, Jorden Jackson (Cody) of Aragon and Skyler Crowe (Zack) of Kingston; his grandchildren, Carson Ryan, Laim Andrew, Landen Jackson, Emory Lucille "Emmie", Oaklee Hope, Adalida Joline "Addie", Charlee Sue and John Patrick; his sister Tammy Duncan (Barry); his aunt Debbie Corkhill (Mike); and his uncle Charlie Mulkey, Sr.. He is also survived by 3 nieces; and 2 nephews.
