She is survived by: her husband Eddie Welch; her daughters, Rebecca Dale (Anthony) and Terry Donley; and her siblings, Terry Youman, Howard Youman, Shirley Taylor and Jane Woolard. She is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
