He is survived by: his wife Irma Bodrey Mouse of Arabi; his brothers, Brad Mouse (Chris) of Lee Summitt, MO and Stephen Dino Foreman of Kansas City, MO; his nieces, Kim Brown of Arizona and Chelsea Mouse of Lee Summitt, MO; his sister-in-law Donna Young (Bodrey) of Oregon; his family, Shirley Coleman, Ronnie Smith, Lane, Vickie Stuckey and Fay Dorough; his grandchildren, Zack Kinrd (Crystal), Isaac Kinard (Alaina), Trenton Blackwill, Katy Foreman, Kacy Foreman, Dallas Foreman, Nina Foreman and Ben Foreman; and his nephew Tod Coleman (Lisa).
