He was predeceased by: his wife Glenda Lynette Cox; his siblings, James L. Cox, Louise Dudley and Earnestine Brown; and his parents, Jesse Larry Cox Sr. and Edna Carmel Hodges Cox.
He is survived by: his pets, Peppi and Buddy; his son Odia Gene Cox (Fonda Morgan Cox) of Haslet, TX; his granddaughters, Kristen Dawn Graddy (Daniel Graddy) of Senoia, GA and Kerri Lynn Cox (Cody Norman) of Ft Worth, TX; his great grandchild Nora Elaine Graddy of Senoia, GA; and his brother Norman H. Cox (Pat Cox) of Coco Beach, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and friend.
