He is survived by: his brothers, Frank Adair (Shirly) of Douglas, Wayne L. Mullis of Lakeland and Jerry Mullis (Judy) of Lakeland, Georgia; his caregivers, Jo Ann Ortiz, Kenny Wayne Nance and Travis Sarvis; and his pet Baby Girl. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
