He is survived by: his children, Chris Neighbors and Patsy Neighbors (Ryan Gilliam) of Arabi; his siblings, Jimmy Leon Neighbors of Cordele and Ella Mae Payne of Vienna; his grandchildren, Colbie Lee Neighbors, Jase Keegan Neighbors, Anne-Marie Baylee Poole, Garrett Lee McCard and Leslee Nichole McCard; and his great grandchild Anneslee Ny'viera Tillman.
