He is survived by: his wife Romell Cooks of Tucson, Arizona.; his sons, Robert Cooks (Sara) and Eddie Cooks (Tara); his siblings, Thaddeus Moss (Gloria), Bobby Barnes (Frances), Abraham Moss (Diane), Edith Jernigan (Harry), Annie Edwards (Eulie), Betty Bennett, Sylvia Charlton (Gentry) and Juanita Barnes; his grandchildren, Brandon Cooks, Cali Cooks, Dallas Cooks, King Cooks and Drew Cooks; and his great grandchild Madison Cooks. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
