It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Charlene Street of Appling, Georgia, who passed away on August 19, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Scott and Reba Rousey Scott; her husband John Franklin Street, Jr.; and her sister Dixie Lee Scott Holt. C.; and her grandchildren, Jason Whitaker, Jr., Scott Whitaker, Caleb Whitaker and Sarah Street.
