With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Helen Pollard (Appling, Georgia), who passed away on August 23, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Senator G. B. "Jake" Pollard, Jr.; and her parents, Stephen Johnson and Mary Johnson. She is survived by: her sons, Griffin B. "Jake" Pollard, III (Melanie Bass) and Keith Allen Pollard; and her grandson Ben Buchanan Pollard.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Alzheimer's Association.
