He was predeceased by: his parents, Lannis Johnson and Louise Dubberly Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Doris Farr Johnson; his children, Dustin Johnson (Malanda), Marah Johnson, Chase Grantham, Rachel Taylor (Steven), Russell Ware and Caitlyn Campbell; his grandchildren, Carter Johnson, Cohen Johnson, Zoe Taylor, Zane Taylor, Nova Taylor, Walker Ware and Brynlee Tomlinson; and his sisters, Janice Courson (Dwight) and Marilyn Bass (Mickey). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
