She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Bliss Dortch and Nellie Reeves Dortch Gray; her stepfather Leon Gray; her son Joey Way; and her siblings, Jim Dortch and Bettye Dortch McKinnon.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Way; her sons, Robert Way (Bob) of Decatur, GA and Bryan Way (Robin) of Warner Robins; her brother Don Dortch of Michigan; and her grandchildren, Taylor Way and Kylie Way of Warner Robins.
Per CDC requirements the family will be observing social distancing.
It is the family's desire that memorial contributions be made in lieu of flowers to Sharon Baptist Church or the American Cancer Society.
