He is survived by: his wife Faye Mann Hattaway; his daughter Karen Hattaway White (Howard); his granddaughters, Charlotte Hattaway White and Elise Tamsin White; his siblings, Oweeda Moore, Margie Griffin (Emmett) and Donny Hattaway (Dot); and his brother-in-law Monroe Foster.
