He was predeceased by: his wife Opaline McDaniel Mobley; his parents, Earl "Buddy" Mobley Sr. and Willie Lee Mobley; and his sisters, Charleye Coleman, Odessa Washam and Elois Rogers.
He is survived by: his daughters, Miranda Taylor (Brooks) of Baxley and Melanie Griffis (Michael) of Brunswick; his siblings, Earl Mobley Jr. (Shirley) of Baxley, Eddie Mobley (Brenda) of Baxley and Mary Baxley (Ray) of Baxley; and his grandchildren, Marli McLellan and Case Griffis. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
