He is survived by: his children, Donna Minter and Allen Lowry (Anna); his grandchildren, Zachary Minter (Kelsey), Bradford Minter (Taylor), Emma Lowry, Ben Lowry, Sammie Lowry and Xea Maddox; and his siblings, Glenn Lowry (Wanda), Gregory Lowry (Nancy), Gordon Lowry (Ann), Gerald Lowry and Rickey Lowry (Gail). He is also survived by his three great-grandchildren.
