He is survived by: his wife Tina Carter; his children, Russel Carter (Kim) of Baxley, Trevor Kamalakis (Tiffany) of Baxley, Keith Dyal (Jade) of Baxley and Harley Kamalakis (Cody) of Baxley; his sisters, Bonnie Burkhalter (Milton) of Jesup and Brenda Mann (Pete) of Surrency; and his grandchildren, Olivia Reynolds, Cotton Griffin, Holland Kamalakis and Madison Carter.
