He was predeceased by: his wife Vermell Baxter. He is survived by: his daughters, Rochelle Daniel (David) and Shannon Wilson (Ronny); his sister-in-law Joyce Griffin; and his grandson Titus Moye Daniel.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
